This policy explains how Clearmasters (Environmental) Ltd ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.clearmasters.co.uk, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?

How we use cookies
We sort the cookies on our site into three groups. We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you agree to them. You can change your mind at any time using the button above or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work. For example, they keep our online booking and contact forms working and protect them from spam. They can't be switched off, because the site won't work properly without them.
Analytics
These use Google Analytics to tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they look at and how they found us. The information is combined so it doesn't identify you personally, and it helps us improve the site. Google processes this data and may also use it for its own purposes. Marketing
These use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how well our Facebook adverts work and to show our adverts to people who have visited our site. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. You can read more in Meta's cookie policy.

Maps and other content from third parties
Some pages show a Google Map. When a map loads, Google may set its own cookies, and these are covered by Google's cookie policy. Our site also loads icons, fonts and scripts from Font Awesome, Google Fonts and jQuery. These don't set cookies, but like any website they receive your device's IP address so they can send the files to you.
Controlling cookies
- On our site: use the "Change my cookie settings" button above, or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. If you turn analytics or marketing off, we delete those cookies from our website straight away.
- In your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of our site, such as online booking, may not work.
- Google Analytics: you can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Facebook adverts: you can manage how Meta uses your information in your Facebook ad preferences.
