With a strong focus on quality and customer service, he works closely with our engineers to make sure jobs are properly planned, supported and completed to a high standard.

Accounts & HR Supervisor

Matthew looks after many of the important behind-the-scenes aspects of Clearmasters, supporting both our accounts and HR functions. From keeping financial processes running smoothly to supporting the wider team, Matt plays an important role in the day-to-day running of the business.

Max Keywood

Service Supervisor

Max plays a key role in supporting our service engineers and keeping the department's day-to-day operations running smoothly. Combining practical knowledge with a hands-on approach, he helps the team tackle technical challenges and ensures work is completed safely and to Clearmasters' high standards.

Wayne Tanner

IT Support Specialist & Senior Developer

Wayne looks after the technology and digital systems that help keep Clearmasters running behind the scenes. As well as providing day-to-day IT support, he develops and maintains our internal systems, helping the team work more efficiently while keeping our digital infrastructure secure and reliable.

Matthew helps keep our tanker fleet moving, planning daily routes and coordinating jobs to make the best use of our vehicles and operatives. With schedules often changing throughout the day, he works closely with both customers and drivers to keep jobs organised and our tanker service running efficiently.

Liam McCrory

Service Co-Ordinator

Liam helps keep our service department organised, coordinating jobs and making sure the right engineers are in the right place at the right time. He also plays an important role in keeping customers informed, helping jobs progress smoothly from the initial booking through to completion.

Phil Jee

Tanker Co-Ordinator

Phil helps coordinate the day-to-day running of our tanker fleet, organising workloads and making sure routes are planned efficiently. With a practical approach and strong attention to detail, he works closely with our operatives to keep the tanker schedule moving and customers' jobs on track.

Ady brings extensive knowledge of drainage and waste management to his role within our tanker team. Confined Space qualified and trained in High Pressure Water Jetting health and safety, he combines practical experience with a friendly, customer-focused approach and takes pride in completing every job to a high standard.

Thomas is known for his strong work ethic, high standards and excellent customer service. Usually behind the wheel of our smaller 2,000-gallon tanker, he is particularly well suited to jobs where access is limited or space is tight. Thomas takes great pride in his vehicle – you'll rarely find his tanker anything other than spotless! He is also Confined Space qualified and has completed High Pressure Water Jetting health and safety training.

A larger-than-life character with a strong work ethic, Ross brings plenty of personality and energy to the tanker team. He is Confined Space qualified and has completed High Pressure Water Jetting health and safety training, helping him tackle a wide variety of jobs safely and efficiently.

A real team player, Barry is always willing to get stuck in and contribute wherever he's needed. His positive, dependable approach makes him a valued member of the tanker team, and you'll usually find him driving our largest 4,000-gallon tanker. Barry has also completed High Pressure Water Jetting health and safety training.

Ollie is a valued member of our tanker team, bringing a positive and professional approach to every job. He works closely with the wider operations team to provide a reliable and efficient service, always aiming to make sure each job is completed safely and with minimal disruption to the customer.

Jon is part of our busy tanker team, supporting customers across a wide range of liquid waste and drainage jobs. Friendly, reliable and professional on site, he takes pride in getting the job done efficiently while maintaining the high level of service our customers expect.

Jack is a hardworking member of our tanker team, helping to deliver our liquid waste and drainage services to customers across the region. He brings a positive attitude to the job and works closely with the rest of the team to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and professionally.

With two decades of experience in the drainage and pump station industry, Darren brings a wealth of technical knowledge to the Clearmasters team. A fountain of knowledge when it comes to diagnosing problems and finding practical solutions, his experience is invaluable on everything from routine servicing to more complex drainage and pump station issues.

Ed is part of our service engineering team, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work across a wide variety of drainage and wastewater systems. With a practical approach to problem-solving, he works to identify issues efficiently and ensure customers' systems are kept operating reliably.
